Data Responsibility
You are responsible for your device's security. Since all health data is stored locally on your device, loss or theft of your device may result in unauthorized access to your data.
Availability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or health decisions made based on App entries.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
